A super cute little hare brooch created by Sharon McSwiney. Handcrafted in St Ives, Cornwall.
The hare brooch features little stars on its body with swirly wires on the long ears & a spiral tail. A happy little design to bring a smile.
The oxidised copper colour finish is applied to a brass base. Details are then brush finished to highlight the designs. The brooch is then lacquered to protect the surface. Due to the handmade nature of this item there may be slight variations in colour & texture to the example shown.
The brooch weigh is approx 10g. The catch mechanism will keep the brooch safe while being worn. Looks great on a jacket or jumper/sweater.
Supplied gift boxed as shown, ideal as a present even if you are treating yourself!

Hares are a favourite animal of mine & it is always exciting to see one...they have a very magnificent stature & seem to command you to admire them! I have tried to create a little character with my design for this brooch which I hope will be a joy to wear.
