Shipping policy

We endeavor to send out orders ASAP this often means the next day however we will do our very best to send out all orders within 4 working days. If there is a delay for any reason we will of course contact you to let you know.

Please make it clear which ADDRESS you would like your purchase to be sent to & if you would like any special message included?  Packaging used for larger pieces is often recycled bubble-wrap or other materials to have less impact on the planet.  Please recycle further if possible. 

UK jewellery orders will be sent via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Post/1st class signed for.  Other items ordered will be sent via Royal Mail.

Items sent outside the EU may be subject to an import tax, payable by the customer on delivery
