An unusual bunch of seaweed frond neck piece inspired by actual seaweed found on Marazion beach in Cornwall. Solid cast sterling silver seaweed motifs handmade by Sharon McSwiney in St Ives, Cornwall.
The silver has been polished to a bright finish which highlights the textured surfaces. A tiny 'Godrevy' limpet has been soldered to one of the seaweed pieces.
The pendant & long 20" sterling silver 1.6 mm snake chain weigh approx 15 g in total. This piece is hallmarked. The longest seaweed frond measures 50 mm long.
