An unusual statement brooch handmade by Sharon McSwiney. The design is inspired by Troika Pottery & the sculpture of Barbara Hepworth both with very strong links with St Ives.
The brooch has been cast in solid brass & decorated with flux, heat & a verdigris effect. The colouration is unique on each piece due to the nature of the application. The brooch is lacquered to protect the surface & should require no cleaning.

The brooch measures approx 40mm across by 33mm. This design can be worn in different orientations depending on your preference.
The piece is supplied in a gift box as shown.
