Solid sterling silver cast limpet shell earrings, the original shell was found on Marazion Beach in Cornwall. This beach is particularly good for limpet collecting! I usually come away with a few in my pocket...
The silver has been oxidised to highlight the textured surface. The silver has then been lacquered to protect.
SIZE: The shell measures approx 11mm wide x 14mm long. The earring posts & butterflies are also sterling silver.
