A statement sterling silver necklace handmade by Sharon McSwiney in St Ives, Cornwall. The limpet shells have been cast from an original shell found on Marazion beach. The 4 shells are then combined with silver loops of hammered wire, each made individually, before soldering together.
The silver has been oxidised to highlight the textures.
Inspired by the sea this piece this piece is easy to wear but still creates a statement.
SIZE: This necklace measures approx 52cm in length with a large lobster catch. It can be worn with the catch inserted into the end ring or into the next rings along to make a smaller necklace
The necklace total weight is approx 46g & has been hallmarked.
